Bali White Water Rafting

Frequently Asked Questionss

Yes! Safety is our top priority. All our tours are led by professionally trained and certified guides. We provide safety gear including helmets, life jackets, and paddles, and offer a complete safety briefing before every trip. Our rivers are regularly monitored and routes are chosen based on the best safety and excitement levels for each group.

We currently offer tours on two of Bali’s best rafting rivers:

  • Ayung River (Ubud): Suitable for all ages and perfect for beginners. Class II–III rapids, surrounded by jungle and waterfalls.
  • Telaga Waja River (East Bali): More adventurous with Class III–IV rapids and steeper drops — ideal for adrenaline seekers.

Each rafting package includes:

  • Hotel pickup and drop-off
  • Certified rafting guide
  • Full safety equipment
  • Waterproof bags for valuables
  • Shower and changing facilities
  • Fresh buffet lunch with a river view

The full experience takes around 4–6 hours including hotel transfer, briefing, rafting (approx. 2 hours on the river), and lunch.

We recommend wearing:

  • Quick-dry clothing or swimwear
  • Water shoes or strapped sandals
  • Sunscreen and a hat (before rafting)

Avoid wearing jewelry or loose items, and bring a change of clothes for after the activity.

Absolutely. Both of our river tours are beginner-friendly, and our guides will provide clear instructions throughout the journey. Ayung River is especially great for first-timers.

Yes, kids aged 7 years and older can join the Ayung River rafting trip with adult supervision. The Telaga Waja tour is more intense and recommended for ages 12 and above.

No, swimming is not required. You’ll be wearing a life jacket the entire time, and your guide will be nearby. However, basic comfort with water is helpful.

Rafting can still be done in light rain — it often adds to the adventure! However, if the river conditions are deemed unsafe due to heavy rain or flooding, we will cancel or reschedule your trip at no extra cost.
